2009 SEASON FLU SHOT CLINICS

Sadler Clinic is proud to announce that we will be conducting the following Flu Shot Clinics.

Tuesday, December 1st - 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Conroe - 4015 I-45N (at League Line Rd)

Wednesday, December 2nd - 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
The Woodlands - 9201 Pinecroft Drive

Thursday, December 3rd - 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Conroe - 508 Medical Center Blvd.

Please bring your picture id and medical insurance card with you, if you wish to have Sadler file on your insurance.  The cost is $25.00 if you wish to self-pay.

Children must be 10 years of age and up to receive a vaccination.  Children under 18 must have a parent/guardian present.
