Q: My family just relocated to the area and we are looking for a physician.  How can I find out which physicians are accepting new patients and if they accept my insurance?

A: A list of insurance plans accepted by the Clinic is located on the Insurance page.  Sadler Clinic Patient Advocates are available to assist you with finding a physician to meet all your health care needs.  Please call our convenient toll-free number: 1-888-7SADLER, and a Patient Advocate will be happy to help you. Many of our physicians offer same day appointments!

Q: I am unable to make my appointment, but the office is closed.  Should I leave a message with the answering service?

A: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact the physician's office directly during the next day's normal business hours.

Q: Can I go to any Sadler Clinic location to obtain lab and x-ray services?

A: Please contact your physician's office directly, as these services differ per location.  Your physician's office will be happy to schedule these services for you.

Q: To whom should I speak if I have questions about my account?

A: For billing questions, please contact our Business Office at 936-760-7900.

Q: I have moved, how do I obtain a copy of my Medical Records?

A: You may obtain a copy of your medical records by completing the Release of Information Form (PDF). The form should be mailed to: Sadler Clinic, Attention: Medical Records, 508 Medical Center Blvd., Conroe, TX 77304. You may also call our "Release of Information Advocacy Line" at 936-539-8195 or email the form to chartone@sadler.com.
