The Benefits

Our benefits include the following:

Competitive Base Salary. We conduct annual compensation analyses to ensure our pay rates are competitive in our industry and geographic areas.

Healthcare Insurance. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage to our employees and their legal dependents. Premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis, resulting in additional savings to employees. We offer a “Sadler Provider” benefit tier that offers reduced co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums; we also provide free annual flu vaccines to employees.

Disability & Life Insurance. We provide short-term and long-term disability coverage as well as basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to employees. We also offer optional life and AD&D, as well as long-term care (LTC) insurance, to employees and their eligible dependents.

401(k) Plan. We offer a competitive 401(k) Plan; an employer match for employee contributions to this plan is available. The plan offers a variety of investment options, which include lifecycle funds (diversified, pre-mixed funds based on the employee's expected retirement date), index funds and actively managed funds.
- Employee Outreach and Assistance Programs. In addition to Employee Outreach/Wellness Programs sponsored by the Clinic, a voluntary Employee Assistance Fund is available to all part-time and full-time employees.

Flexible Spending Accounts. We offer both healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts to employees, allowing individuals to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis, which helps reduce income taxes.
- Paid Holidays & Sick Leave. The Clinic observes seven (7) holidays per year. In addition to vacation time, employees receive six (6) sick days per year; 50% of which may be used for the illness of a child, parent or spouse. Unused sick days may be carried over, per policy guidelines.

Paid Vacation. Employees are provided with two (2) weeks of paid vacation per year (prorated for the first year of employment); this accrual increases to three (3) weeks per year after five (5) years of employment. Unused days may be carried over, per policy guidelines.
- Service Awards. We understand and appreciate the importance of having employees with continuing service on our team. We formally recognize these employees by offering service awards on key anniversary dates.

Customer Service Employee Recognition. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patients, peers, and all external and internal customers. Patients and employees have the ability to formally recognize staff for providing outstanding customer service. These individuals receive further recognizition in our employee newsletter.

Community Outreach. Employees have the opportunity to “give back” to the community by volunteering for various community outreach events, including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the American Diabetes Association’s Step Out event, additional local healthcare-related/charitable events, and area health fairs.

Employee Referral Program. Our Employee Referral Bonus Program encourages and rewards the contributions our employees make in the attraction and retention of qualified candidates for certain key positions within the Clinic.
- Professional Development Reimbursement. For positions that are determined to require continuing education, annual professional development reimbursement is available.
