Sadler Clinic and The Woodlands Mall are sponsoring a Community Flu Shot Clinic and Health Expert Panel in Future Court at The Woodlands Mall (across from J.C. Penny) on Saturday, October 15, 2005 from 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Flu Shots will be available for $30 cash or check only. You must be 12 years of age and up to receive a flu shot. All those under 18 years of age will be required to have parental consent (forms will be available) and parents must be present. Medicare Patients will be required to present their Medicare cards to receive the vaccination at no out-of-pocket cost.
In addition to the Flu Shot Clinic, Sadler Clinic is hosting a Health Expert Panel entitled You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Experts beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Health Expert Panel will feature:
