Sadler Clinic and The Woodlands Mall are sponsoring a School Athletic Physicals Clinic in Future Court at The Woodlands Mall (across from J.C. Penny). This event will take place on Saturday, August 7, from 11A.M. to 3P.M. , and will be led by Sadler Clinic's own Family Practitioners, Dr. Jeffrey Sweeney, Dr. Peter Bigler and Dr. Brent Allmon.
Students are asked to bring Parental/Student completed Physical Forms provided by their schools. Sadler Clinic will provide the state approved UIL Forms for students who are unable to pick up the forms from their respective schools. The cost for Athletic Physicals is $20, payable by cash or check only.
