Sadler Clinic and The Woodlands Mall are sponsoring a Community Flu Shot Clinic and Meet the New Physicians of Sadler Clinic Event in Future Court at The Woodlands Mall (across from J.C. Penny) on Saturday, October 2, 2004 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Flu Shots will be available for $20 cash or check only. Patients must be 15 years of age and up to receive a flu shot. All those under 18 years of age will be required to have parental consent (forms will be available) and parents must be present. Medicare Patients will be required to present their Medicare cards to receive the vaccination at no out-of-pocket cost and all current Sadler Clinic patients may choose to either pay cash or file a claim. Non-Sadler Clinic patients will be required to pay the $20 fee.
In addition to the Flu Shot Clinic, Sadler Clinic's Newest Physicians will be giving Presentation throughout the day as follows:
10:00 AM – Dr. Seymour M. Weaver, III, Dermatology – Healthy Skin for Life
10:30 AM – Dr. Peter Bigler, Family Medicine - Obesity
11:00 AM – Dr. Greg Hester, Urology – Prostate Cancer & Kidney Stones
11:30 AM – Dr. Ryan Kozak, Pediatrics – Media & Its Affects on Children
12:00 PM – Dr. Antwar Harrell, Internal Medicine – New Cholesterol Guidelines
1:00 PM – Dr. Ryan Maggart, General Surgery – Colon & Rectal Cancer
1:30 PM – Dr. Randall Wright, Neurology – Stroke
2:00 PM – Dr. Brent Allmon, Family Medicine – Dementia
